Toptal is a free service for job seekers. If you work with a client who is on trial period (2 weeks) with Toptal and they are not satisfied with the service, you will still receive a payment of 50% of the amount.

Toptal typically charges the following fees to businesses who would like to hire freelancers from their site:

Developers and Designers:

  • Hourly: $60-$95+/hour
  • Part-time: $1000-$1600+/week
  • Full-time: $2000-$3200+/week

Finance Experts:

  • Hourly: $100-$200+/hour
  • Part-time: $1600-$3200+/week
  • Full-time: $3200-$6400+/week

Clients get a no-risk trial period of two weeks. If you are not satisfied with the service, you don’t pay.
